It was created by Richard Weigand of Weigand Films. Weigand is an independent filmmaker and normally works on original films and short films. Occassionally he dabbles in some animation. He experimented with A RAW CHRISTMAS and followed it with THE HOLLYWOOD CAROL. Both became Christmas specials published on the Internet in the Winter years of 2007 and 2008. HOLLYWOOD CAROL didn't exactly get published the way he wanted it to. As of December 18th, 2009, the two original Xmas specials were available to all to be seen along with a new project entitled, THE SANTA KRINGLE CHRONICLES which features a little bit more of RAW ANIMATION.
With all of these different types of movies now coming out....especially in 3-D, Weigand has now started producing brief excerpts of celebrity interviews featuring all of your favorite actors from Hollywood. The latest is TWI-lame. A spoof of the film, Twilight. It feautures an "interview" with the "star" of the movie, Robert Pattinson.
